We deliver in the Benelux within 1-2 working days using our logistics partners DHL, UPS, GLS or Mondial Relay. You have a choice of delivery options: Lockers, relay points or to your door.

Do you live outside the Benelux? We deliver within 2-3 working days to member countries of the European Union.

Do you ship across the Atlantic? Thanks to our partner UPS, we can ship your order to the USA at a reduced cost and within 5-7 working days. (Only available for accessories).

However, we do not currently ship to other countries.

To ensure quality and premium service, we manufacture our accessories in Belgium, because we know how important it is to produce locally, and thus obtain 
top-quality finishes.

Our grain-free kibbles are manufactured outside Belgium within the European Union, to ensure that the manufacturing process complies with European standards, and that the ingredients are of the highest quality for your pets.

We are present in Brussels in several distributors and premium pet shops that you can find on the dedicated page.

For our dog clothes, we use English fabrics, renowned for their longevity and impeccable quality. Cotton is also used and comes from England or Italy. We don't use polyester and plastic to reduce our carbon footprint, but above all to offer you a garment that will stand the test of time and a highly variable climate.

For our dog collars, we use genuine leather for a collar that's long-lasting, high-end and won't bother your dog. What's more, we use nickel buckles in different colors to add rigidity to the collar.
